SENIOR APPOINTMENTS

Mirvac Group (“Mirvac” or the “Group”) [ASX:MGR] is pleased to announce the appointments of Adam Crowe to the position of Group General Manager Capital Investment and Helen Liossis to the position of Group General Manager Corporate Communications effective from today’s date.

Mr Crowe, who has been with the Group since 2006, and previously held the position of Group General Manager External Affairs, has been appointed to the position of Group General Manager Capital Investment focussing on the Group’s wholesale investment partnerships to match Mirvac’s development and investment objectives.

Ms Liossis will be responsible for Investor Relations, Government Relations, Internal Communications, Management of the External Media, Sustainability, Internal Communications and Group Brand and Marketing.

She brings with her a wealth of Industry and Government experience most recently from her role as First Assistant Secretary in the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet. Prior to that, Ms Liossis has held a variety of senior Strategy, Investor Relations and Corporate Communications positions with Prime Group, Telstra and Coca-Cola Amatil.
