RETIREMENT OF NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Mirvac Group [ASX:MGR] wishes to advise that Adrian Fini, a Non-Executive Director, has retired from the Mirvac Board in order to dedicate his time to the increasing commitments of his personal business interests.

The Mirvac Group Board thanks Adrian for his significant and valuable contribution to the Group over the last nine years, as both an Executive and Non-Executive Director.
