RETIRMENT OF NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Mirvac Group (“Mirvac”) [ASX: MGR] wishes to advise that Paul Biancardi, a Non-Executive Director, has retired from the Mirvac Board.

The Mirvac Board thanks Paul for his significant and valuable contribution to the Group over the last ten years, including as Deputy Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee.

James Millar, the former CEO of Ernst & Young, replaces Paul Biancardi as Chairman of the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee.
