MIRVAC GROUP BOARD APPOINTMENT

Mirvac Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Elana Rubin as a Non-Executive Director to the Mirvac Board.

Mirvac’s Chairman, James MacKenzie, announced the appointment at Mirvac’s Annual General and General Meetings this morning.

Mr MacKenzie said he was delighted that Elana had accepted the position.

“Elana brings to the Board extensive experience in property, finance and investment which I believe will complement the extensive experience of the other independent Directors.”

Elana is Chair of AustralianSuper, one of the largest industry superannuation funds in Australia. Elana is also Chair of WorkSafe Victoria, a Director of Tower Australia Ltd and a Director of the Victorian Transport Accident Commission.

Elana’s appointment brings the number of Directors to seven.
