Mirvac Group [ASX: MGR] wishes to advise that Michael Smith has resigned as the Group Company Secretary, effective immediately.

The Board and management of Mirvac thank Michael for his dedication and wish him well in his future pursuits.

Mirvac is pleased to announce the appointment of Sonya Harris to the role of Mirvac General Counsel & Company Secretary.

Sonya joins Mirvac from Brookfield Multiplex where she has been Deputy General Counsel since 2005. Her previous experience includes a partnership at Minter Ellison.
