BOARD APPOINTMENTS

Mirvac is pleased to announce the appointment of John Mulcahy and James Millar as NonExecutive Directors to the Mirvac Board.

Mirvac’s Chairman, James MacKenzie, announced the appointments at Mirvac’s Annual General and General Meetings this morning.

Mr MacKenzie said he was delighted that John and James had accepted the positions.

“Both John and James bring a wealth of knowledge and experience which I believe will provide invaluable additional expertise and complement the extensive experience of the other independent Directors.”

John Mulcahy is the former Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Suncorp. Prior to Suncorp, Dr Mulcahy held a number of senior executive roles at the Commonwealth Bank, including Group Executive, Investment and Insurance Services. He also held a number of senior roles during his 14 years at Lend Lease Corporation, including Chief Executive Officer, Lend Lease Property Investment, and Chief Executive Officer, Civil and Civic.

Dr Mulcahy has more than 27 years of management experience in financial and property investment.

Dr Mulcahy was appointed to the Future Fund Board of Guardians by the Federal Government in March 2006 and appointed a Director of Coffey International Limited in September 2009.

James Millar is the former Area Managing Partner and Australian Chief Executive Officer of Ernst & Young, one of the world’s leading professional services firms. He was a member of the global Board of Ernst & Young and is currently a Consultant to the firm.

Mr Millar commenced his career in the reconstruction practice, conducting some of the largest corporate workouts of the early 1990's.

Mr Millar has qualifications in business and accounting, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia.

These appointments follow the retirement of Richard Turner from the Board in August 2009, and will bring the number of Directors to eight.
