CHANGE TO MEMBERSHIP OF COMPLIANCE COMMITTEE

In accordance with Listing Rule 3.16.2 Mirvac Funds Limited, as the responsible entity for the Mirvac Property Trust, advises that Mr Paul Barker has been appointed to its Compliance Committee with effect from 15 February 2008.

Mr Barker is the non executive Chairman of Mirvac Funds Management Limited which is the responsible entity of the ASX listed Mirvac Industrial Trust (ASX code: MIX) and of Mirvac REIT Management Limited which is the responsible entity of the ASX Listed Mirvac Real Estate Investment Trust (ASX code: MRZ)."
