CHANGE TO NOMINATION COMMITTEE MEMBERSHIP

Mirvac Group is pleased to advise of the appointment of its Managing Director, Mr Nicholas Collishaw as a member of the Board’s Nomination Committee, replacing Mr Greg Paramor.

The Nomination Committee now comprises Mr James MacKenzie (Chairman), Mr Paul Biancardi and Mr Collishaw.
