CHANGE TO BOARD RESPONSIBILITIES

Mirvac Group is pleased to announce that Mr Paul Biancardi has been formally appointed as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Mirvac Group and that Ms Penny Morris AM has been appointed as a member of the Board’s Human Resources Committee. Both appointments take effect immediately.

Mr Biancardi has been an independent non-executive Director of Mirvac Group since July 2001. He is also Chairman of the Board’s Audit Risk & Compliance Committee and a member of its Human Resources and Nominations Committees.

Ms Morris has been an independent non-executive Director of Mirvac Group since January 2006. She is also a member of the Board’s Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee.
