MIRVAC GROUP ANNUAL GENERAL AND GENERAL MEETINGS 2021

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.17.1, notice is provided regarding a letter to securityholders in relation to the upcoming Mirvac Group Annual General and General Meetings (AGM) on Tuesday 16 November 2021 at 11.00am (AEDT), which will be held as a fully virtual meeting.

The letter is provided as an attachment to this announcement.

MIRVAC GROUP 2021 VIRTUAL ANNUAL GENERAL & GENERAL MEETINGS (AGM)

Dear Securityholder,

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to impact the world, the health and safety of our people, customers, securityholders and communities continues to remain our top priority.

As a result of the ongoing uncertainty around physical distancing and travelling restrictions, the 2021 Annual General Meeting of securityholders of Mirvac Limited and the General Meeting of securityholders of Mirvac Property Trust (together, the AGM) will be held as a virtual meeting on Tuesday, 16 November 2021 at 11.00am AEDT .

Virtual AGM

All securityholders will be able to participate in the 2021 AGM regardless of geographic location. To attend online and participate, you will need to log in to an online platform provided by our share registry, Link Market Services. These details will be set out in the Notice of Meeting and also on our AGM website.

Our virtual AGM will provide you with similar opportunities to participate online as you would have if you had attended an AGM in person. You will be able to hear and view presentations from the Chairman of the Board, John Mulcahy, and from the Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director, Susan Lloyd-Hurwitz, as well as vote and ask questions live during the meeting.

Notice of Meeting

Our Notice of Meeting will be released online on our AGM website and will be emailed to securityholders on Monday, 11 October 2021 . Please note that we will not be sending you a hard copy of the Notice of Meeting and Voting form by post ahead of the AGM.

From Monday, 11 October 2021 , our AGM website at www.mirvac.com/2021-agm will provide all the information you need to access and attend the virtual AGM, including advice on how to cast your vote and ask questions ahead of the AGM and during the AGM.
