MIRVAC GROUP ANNUAL GENERAL AND GENERAL MEETING 2020
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, Mirvac Group [ASX: MGR] advises that the 2020 Annual General Meeting of securityholders of Mirvac Limited and the General Meeting of securityholders of Mirvac Property Trust (together, the AGM) will be held concurrently on Thursday, 19 November 2020 at 11.00am AEDT.
Mirvac continues to closely monitor the evolving COVID-19 pandemic, and as always, prioritises safety. Due to the ongoing pandemic and in line with ASIC guidelines, Mirvac’s 2020 AGM will be held solely as a virtual meeting.
The virtual AGM will provide a secure online platform to enable securityholders to participate in the meetings in real-time by viewing the presentations, and to ask questions and vote on resolutions online. The Notices of Meetings and information on how to participate in the virtual AGMs will be made available on Tuesday 6 October 2020.
Change to Non-Executive Director appointment date
On 19 November 2019, MGR announced the appointment of Alan Robert (Rob) Sindel as a NonExecutive Director, effective 5 August 2020. To align with the current FY20 financial reporting timetable, MGR advises that Mr Sindel will now join the MGR Board on 1 September 2020. In accordance with the Mirvac Limited constitution, Mr Sindel will seek election as a Director of Mirvac Limited at MGR’s 2020 AGM.
