MIRVAC GROUP ANNUAL GENERAL AND GENERAL MEETING 2013

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, Mirvac Group (“Mirvac”) [ASX: MGR] advises that the 2013 Annual General Meeting of securityholders of Mirvac Limited and the General Meeting of securityholders of Mirvac Property Trust will be held concurrently on Thursday, 14 November 2013 at 10.00am at the RACV Club, Level 17, 501 Bourke Street, Melbourne, 3000.
