Mirriad, a leading provider of virtual product placement ("VPP") announces that, further to the Company's announcement on 19 December 2025, it has received an R&D tax credit of approximately £346,000 from HMRC in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2024.

As a result of this receipt, the Company's current cash position stands at approximately £1.275 million.
