Mirriad, the leading in-content advertising company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Panmure Gordon (UK) Limited ("Panmure Gordon") as Nominated Adviser, Financial Adviser and Sole Broker to the Company with immediate effect.

The Company also announces the information in Appendix I below relating to director disclosure under Schedule Two, Paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.

Appendix I

In its Admission Document dated 8 December 2017, in relation to Mr. David Dorans, a director of Mirriad, the Company disclosed certain directorships under Schedule Two, Paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies. In addition to those previously disclosed in the Admission Document, Mr. Dorans was and is currently a director of Mirriad Inc (US) and Mirriad Limited. Mr. David Dorans was also previously a director of Mirriad (Singapore) PTE Limited.

In the Company's announcement on 4 June 2019, in relation to Mr. Robert Head's appointment as a non-executive director, the Company disclosed certain directorships under Schedule Two, Paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies. In addition to those directorships disclosed in such announcement Mr. Head was and currently is a director of Personal Assurance PLC and Personal Group Limited.
