Mirriad Advertising plc ('Mirriad'), the computer vision and AI platform company, announces that, on 15 June 2020, it held its annual general meeting of shareholders (the "Meeting"). During the business proceedings at the Meeting, Mirriad shareholders passed all resolutions as follows:

John Pearson, Chairman of Mirriad, said: "I'm pleased to say Mirriad's performance is tracking the forecasts we made earlier this year. In particular, campaign activity in China is picking up as predicted, with 15 new campaigns running from over 10 different advertisers. 

"Momentum in Europe is also starting to build again, with new content from our partners being pushed into all markets. In the US, the focus on scale and increased adoption is driving progress and we are confident that, despite the planned-for Covid-19 delays, we will be able to communicate positive news in the second half of the year."
