Re: MIRLAND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION PLC

According to the company's report, dated December 9, 2021, a capital consolidation will be made in the Company's shares (IL0011825424), on December 16, 2021 to shareholders of record as of December 15, 2021. The capital consolidation will be made in a ratio of 10:1.

In accordance with the third part of TASE rules and regulations, there will be no trading in the company's shares on Wednesday, December 15, 2021, which is the record date for the capital consolidation.
