Pursuant to Regulations 30 and 45 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company has today, i.e. May 22, 2026, received the Fresh Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs consequent upon change of name of the Company from "MIRC Electronics Limited" to "Onida Electronics Limited".

The aforesaid change of name is effective from May 20, 2026, being the date mentioned in the said Fresh Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

A copy of the Fresh Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs is enclosed herewith for your information and records.

The Company shall undertake necessary compliances in relation to change of name with the Stock Exchanges and other statutory/regulatory authorities in due course.
