TOP 20 OPTIONHOLDERS AND DISTRIBUTION SCHEDULE AND UPDATED CAPITAL STRUCTURE
Miramar Resources Limited (ASX:M2R , “Miramar” or “the Company”) refers to the Appendix 2A, Application for Quotation of Securities, lodged on ASX today for the quotation of 316,520,426 options exercisable at $0.018 each expiring 25 July 2027 issued under the recent Entitlement Offer and New Option Offer.
The Company provides the top 20 and distribution schedule for the optionholders related to this new issue.
