Mintra Holding AS – Annual Report 2022

The Board of Directors of Mintra Holding AS (OSE:MNTR) has approved the Annual Report for 2022 on 28 April 2023. Please find the Annual Report for 2022 enclosed and available on mintra.com.

The preliminary report for 2022 was presented on 8 February 2023 and included a preliminary calculation of taxes. A final evaluation of taxes for the Annual Report 2022 has reduced the preliminary reported tax cost of -11.5 mNOK by +20.4 mNOK, resulting in the figure of +8.9 mNOK. The change reflects an allocation of tax assets derived from the recognition of tax losses being carried forward in Norwegian companies. The annual profit after tax for 2022 has consequently been adjusted from to 35.6 mNOK to 56.0 mNOK.

There are no other changes to the figures of the Annual Report 2022 in comparison to the preliminary report as presented on 8 February 2023.
