Mintra Holding AS: Change of CFO

The CFO of Mintra Holding AS, Torbjørn Blom-Hagen, has decided to resign from his position.

The Company has initiated a recruitment process to identify his successor.

Blom-Hagen will continue as Chief Financial Officer until a new successor is in place, or 16 June 2022 at the latest.
