Bergen, 26 May 2021: Mintra Holding AS has today held its annual general meeting at Fjøsangerveien 50, 5059 Bergen. All resolutions were made in accordance with the proposals set out in the AGM notice.

As previously announced, from the date hereof, Scott Kerr will transition from the role as CEO of the company to become a member of the board of directors of Mintra Holding ASA, while Kevin Short will assume the position as the CEO of the Mintra Group.
