SUPPLEMENTAL NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Reference is made to the notice of annual general meeting of Food Wise Holdings Limited (“ Company ”) dated 27 July 2018 (“ Notice ”), the Board wishes to confirm that:

1. the commencement date of the book closure of the Company’s register of members is from Tuesday, 21 August 2018 instead of from Wednesday, 22 August 2018 as stated in the Notice; and

2. in order to qualify for attending and voting at the annual general meeting, the latest time to lodge share transfer documents for registration is not later than 4:30 p.m. on Monday, 20 August 2018 instead of Tuesday, 21 August 2018 as stated in the Notice.

Save as aforesaid, other information contained in the Notice remains unchanged.
