UDPATE ON NON-RENOUNCEABLE ENTITLEMENT ISSUE TIMETABLE
MinRex Resources Limited (ASX: MRR) (“MinRex” or “the Company”) refers to its announcement on 13 February 2020 in respect of a non-renounceable entitlement issue Prospectus ( Entitlement Issue Prospectus ).
The Company wishes to update the market that it has amended the timetable set out in the Entitlement Issue Prospectus as set out below now that the Appendix 3B has been lodged:

- The Directors may extend the Closing Date by giving at least three Business Days' notice to ASX prior to the Closing Date. As such, the date the Securities offered under Entitlement Issue Prospectus are expected to be issued and commence trading on ASX may vary.
