MinRex Resources Limited (ASX: MRR) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of MinRex Resources Limited (‘MRR’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of MRR, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 10 December 2019 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Trading Halt Request

MinRex Resources Limited (‘MinRex’) hereby requests a trading halt from ASX effective immediately pending an announcement regarding Loan Note Agreements.

MinRex requests the trading halt lasts from receipt of the request until the release of the announcement by MinRex, in any case no later than the commencement of trading Tuesday, 10 December 2019.

MinRex is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.

MinRex is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
