RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
MinRex Resources Limited ( ASX: MRR ) (“ MinRex ” or “the Company ”) advises that Mr James Pearse has tendered his resignation as Non-Executive Director of MinRex, effective 5 August 2022. Mr Pearse has been a valuable member of the Board since 1 July 2020 and has overseen the Company’s transition and growth into an emergent battery metals explorer with high quality Lithium-Tin-Tantalum assets in the Pilbara, Western Australia and a highly prospective portfolio of Gold-Silver-Copper assets and other metals in the Lachlan Fold Belt, New South Wales.
The Board thanks Mr Pearse on his valuable contribution to the Company and wishes him all the best in his future endeavours.
