DIRECTOR RESIGNATION

MinRex Resources Limited (ASX: MRR) (“MinRex” or “the Company”) wishes to advise that NonExecutive Director, Mr Constantine Tsesmelis, will be resigning from the Board with effect from 30 June 2020.
