RESIGNATION OF CHAIRMAN AND APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR
MinRex Resources Limited (ASX: MRR) (“MinRex” or “the Company”) wishes to advise that NonExecutive Chairman, Dr James Ellingford, has resigned from the Board, effective from close of business on 30 June 2020.
The Board of MinRex thanks Dr Ellingford for his years of dedication and contribution to the Company in his role as the Non-Executive Chairman and wish him well in his future endeavours.
The Company is also pleased to announce the appointment of Mr James Pearse as Non-Executive Director, effective from close of business on 30 June 2020.
Mr Pearse is a corporate lawyer with over 10 years’ experience working for national, international and boutique law firms advising Australian businesses primarily in the mining, oil & gas and technology sectors. Mr Pearse holds Bachelor degrees in both Law and Commerce majoring in Finance.
