CHANGE OF EXTERNAL AUDITOR

MinRex Resources Limited (ASX: MRR) (“MinRex” or “the Company”) announces that effective immediately, PKF Perth has been appointed as the Company’s external auditor. PKF Perth replaces Ernst & Young in this role.

The change of auditor has been made as part of a process of review of service providers to the Company. The Board thanks Ernst & Young for their service to the Company.

In accordance with S327C of the Corporations Act 2001 , PKF Perth will continue to hold office until the 2019 Annual General Meeting, at which a resolution will be placed to formally approve PKF Perth’s appointment.
