CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY

MinRex Resources Limited (ASX: MRR) (“MinRex” or “the Company”) is pleased to advise that Aida Tabakovic has been appointed Company Secretary of the Company, replacing Elizabeth Hunt, effective today.

Miss Tabakovic is an employee of Mining Corporate and has over 10 years’ experience in the accounting profession. She holds a double degree in Accounting and Finance and a Postgraduate Degree in Business Law. Miss Tabakovic provides services to a number of ASX listed companies specialising in financial accounting and reporting and corporate compliance. Miss Tabakovic has also been involved in listing of junior explorer companies on the ASX.

The Board of MinRex thank Elizabeth for her contribution to the Company.
