DATE OF AGM AND CLOSING DATE FOR DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS
MinRex Resources Limited (ASX: MRR ) (“ MinRex ” or “the Company ”) advises, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday, 30 November 2022.
An item of business at the AGM will be the re-election of directors. In accordance with the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Tuesday, 11 October 2022.
Any nominations must be received by the Company no later than 5pm (WST) on Tuesday, 11 October 2022 at the Company’ registered office.
