Mi-Pay (AIM: MPAY), the leading provider of outsourced digital transformation and mobile payment solutions to Tier 1 Mobile Network Operators and Mobile Virtual Network Operators, announces that it has today been notified of the following dealing by a Director of the Company.

Michael Dickerson, Executive Chairman, through his investment company Milestone CPH Holding Aps,  has purchased 122,000 ordinary shares of £0.10 each ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 10.5 pence per share. Following this dealing Michael is interested in 2,692,553 Ordinary Shares representing 5.89% per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital.
