Appointment of Financial Adviser and Broker

The Company is pleased to announce that it has appointed Tavira Securities Limited ("Tavira") to act as the Company's Financial Adviser and Broker with immediate effect. Tavira has recruited senior personnel from the Company's previous broker Brandon Hill Capital Limited ("Brandon Hill") and accordingly both Brandon Hill and the Company have terminated their relationship with immediate effect and by mutual consent.
