Corporate Update

On 4 December 2020, the Company announced that it was in discussions with a potential strategic investor (the "Investor") that may have subscribed for shares in the Company that may have resulted in a shareholding by the Investor of over 30% in the voting rights of the Company.  The Company announces that these discussions have ended. 

However, the Company is reviewing a number of potential opportunities in the natural resources space and hopes, with a very supportive shareholder base, to make progress on finding a suitable acquisition.
