Result of the AGM and retirement of Directors

MMM (LSE: MMM), the listed special purpose acquisition vehicle seeking to acquire and develop one or more businesses that has operations involved in natural resources, is pleased to announce that at the AGM held today all the resolutions tabled were duly passed with resolutions 1 to 8 passed as ordinary resolutions and resolution 9 passed as a special resolution.

The Board also announces that effective today, Mametja Moshe and Ryan Welker have both retired from their position on the Board.

Chairman Matt Bonner stated "Mametja and Ryan both joined the Board as founders of the Company and have supported MMM from its creation through to the successful IPO. The Board wishes to express thanks to both Mametja and Ryan for their contribution to the Company during their time as Directors".
