Report on the European Single Electronic Format

We have examined the digital files of the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) of Minerva Insurance Company Public Limited for the year ended 31 December 2021 comprising the XHTML file which includes the annual and consolidated financial statements for the year then ended and XBRL files with the marking up carried out by the entity of the consolidated financial statements that have been marked-up (the "digital files").

The Board of Directors of Minerva Insurance Company Public Limited is responsible for preparing and submitting the annual and consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2021 in accordance with the requirements set out in the EU Delegated Regulation 2019/815 of 17 December 2018 of the European Commission. (the "ESEF Regulation").

Our responsibility is to examine the digital files prepared by the Board of Directors of Minerva Insurance Company Public Limited in accordance with the Audit Guidelines issued by the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (the "Audit Guidelines"). These Audit Guidelines require us to plan and perform our audit procedures in order to examine whether the content of the annual and consolidated financial statements included in the digital files correspond to the annual and consolidated financial statements we have audited, and whether the digital file for the annual financial statements and the format and marking up of the consolidated financial statements included in the digital files, have been prepared in all material respects, in accordance with the requirements of the ESEF Regulation.

In our opinion, the digital files examined correspond to the annual and consolidated financial statements, and the annual and consolidated financial statements included in the digital files are presented, and the consolidated financial statements are marked-up, in all material respects, in accordance with the requirements of the ESEF Regulation.
