Atlas Iron announces changes to the Scheme Implementation Deed with Mineral Resources Limited

Atlas Iron Limited (ASX: AGO) has reached agreement with Mineral Resources Limited (ASX: MIN) in relation to amending the Scheme Implementation Deed dated 8 April 2018. MIN has consented to waive clauses 10.2 (No-shop), 10.3 (No-talk) and 10.4 (No due diligence) to the period ending 22 June 2018 to allow AGO to explore discussions with other parties.

There are no other amendments to the Scheme Implementation Deed.
