EXTENSION OF SHARE OFFER PERIOD

Mineral Resources Limited (MRL) gives notice under section 624(2) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) that, as a result of MRL increasing the consideration offered under its Share Offer within the last 7 days of the Share Offer, the Share Offer has been automatically extended by 14 days to 5.00pm (WST/Perth time) on 25 January 2010.
