Mineral Resources Limited (ABN 33 118 549 910) gives notice in accordance with Items 7, 8 & 9 of section 633(1) of the Corporations Act 2001 that it has today completed the sending, as required by item 6 of section 633(1) of the Corporations Act, of the bidder’s statement dated 17 September 2009 containing offers to acquire all of the fully paid ordinary shares and unlisted options in Polaris Metals NL (ABN 18 085 223 570) (Polaris), and that such offers were each dated 23 September 2009.
