Date of AGM and Closing Date for Director Nominations

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, Mineral Resources Limited (ASX:MIN) ( the Company ) advises that the Company’s Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) will be held at 9:30am on Thursday, 18 November 2021.

In accordance with the Company’s Constitution ( the Constitution ) the closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director of the Company is Thursday, 7 October 2021. The Constitution requires nominations be received in writing, signed by the nominee or a Shareholder proposing the nominee, and be delivered to the Company’s registered office by close of business on that date.
