Directorate Change

The Company announces that Ms Jennifer Allsop will step down as executive chairman of the Company from 31 October 2013. At a board meeting held earlier today the board duly elected Mr. Jacques Vaillancourt, currently an executive director, as its next executive chairman effective October 31st. 2013.
