.ನಗರದ 19ನೇ ವಾರ್ಡ್ನ ಎಸ್.ಎಸ್.ಮಕಾನ್ ಹಾಗೂ ದರ್ಗಾ ಮೊಹಲ್ಲಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೋಲಾರ ನಗರಸಭೆ ಮತು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ನಗರ ನೀರು ಹಾಗೂ ಒಳಚರಂಡಿ ಮಂಡಳಿ ಸಂಯುಕ್ತಾಶ್ರಯದ ಅಮೃತ್ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ ಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲಾದ ನೂತನ ಶುದ್ಧ ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರಿನ ಘಟಕಗಳಿಗೆ ಚಾಲನೆ ನೀಡಿ ಅವರು ಮಾತ ನಾಡುತಿದರು.

ನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ಶುದ್ಧ ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರಿನ ಘಟಕಗಳಿಗೆ ಕೊಳವೆ ಬಾವಿಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಂಪರ್ಕವನ್ನು ಕಲಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು, ಆದರೆ ನೀರಿನ ಕೊರತೆಯಿಂದ ಕೆಲವು ಕಡೆ ನಿಂತುಹೊದ ಶುದ್ಧ ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರಿನ ಘಟಕಗಳಿಗೆ

ರಾಜ್ಯ ಖಾದಿ ಮತ್ತು ಗ್ರಾಮೋದ್ಯೋಗ ಆಯೋಗದ ಜಂಟಿ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ಅರುಳರಾಜ್, ಸರಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಯೋಜನೆಗಳು ಇದ್ದು ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಸರಿಯಾದ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಳಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಮುಂದಿನ ಯುವ ಪೀಳಿಗೆಗೆ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ನೀಡಬೇಕು ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಮಣ್ಣಿನ ವಸ್ತುಗಳಿಗೆ ಬೇಡಿಕೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿದ್ದು ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಗಳಿಂದ ಸಾಲ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆದು ಪ್ರಾಮಾಣಿಕವಾಗಿ ಮರುಪಾವತಿ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದರು.

ಗೌಡ, ಸ್ಥಾಯಿ ಸಮಿತಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ವಿ.ಮಂಜುನಾಥ್, ನಗರಸಭೆ ಎಇಇ ರಾಮಮೂರ್ತಿ ಜೆಇ ಪೂರ್ಣಿಮಾ, ನಗರಸಭೆ ಸದಸ್ಯರಾದ ಜುಗ್ನು ಅಸ್ಲಾಂ, ಅಜ್ರನಸೀರಿನ್ ಸಾಧಿಕ್ ಪಾಷ, ವಕ್ಷ್ೠೇರ್ಡ್ ಮಾಜಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಅಬ್ದುಲ್ ಖಯುಂ, ಮುಖಂಡರಾದ ಶಬರೀಶ್ ಯಾದವ್, ಮಹೇಂದ್ರ ಗಾಣಿಗಾ ಮತ್ತಿತರರು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.

ಅಧಿವೇಶನ ಕರೆಯುವಂತೆ ಬಿಎಸ್ಪಿ ಆಗ್ಗಹ

ಚಾಮರಾಜನಗರ: ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ವಿಚಾರವಾಗಿ ವಿಶೇಷ ಅಧಿವೇಶನ ಕರೆಯಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಬಹುಜನ ಸಮಾಜ ಪಕ್ಷ ದ ರಾಜ್ಯಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಎಂ.ಕೃಷ್ಣಮೂರ್ತಿ ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿದರು.

ಪತ್ರಿಕಾಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ನಾಶ ಮಾಡುವ ಹುನ್ನಾರದಿಂದ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ, ಆರ್ಆರ್ಎಸ್ ಪ್ರಬಲರಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಹೋರಾಟಕ್ಕೆ ಬೆಂಬಲ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಅದೇ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಕೂಡ ಬೆಂಬಲ ನೀಡುತಿದೆ ಎಂದು ದೂರಿದರು.

ಕುರುಬರ ಸಮುದಾಯ ಎಸ್ಟಿಗೆ ಸೇರ್ಪಡೆ ಮಾಡುವಂತೆ ದೊಡ್ತ ಸಮಾವೇಶ ನಡೆಸಿದೆ. ಲಿಂಗಾಯಿತ ಸಮುದಾಯವು ಕೂಡ ಪ್ರವರ್ಗ 2ಗೆ ಸೇರಿಸುವಂತೆ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಹೋರಾಟಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಅದೇ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲೂ ಒಕ್ಕಲಿಗ ಸಮುದಾಯವು ಕೂಡ ಪ್ರವರ್ಗ 2 ಗೆ ಸೇರಿಸುವಂತೆ ಹೋರಾಟ ನಡೆಸುತಿದೆ.

ಈ ನಡುವೆ ಬಿಲ್ಲವ ಹಾಗೂ ಈಡಿಗ ಸಮುದಾಯ ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ವಿರೋಧ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿ ಯಥಾಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಕಾಡುವಂತೆ ಒತ್ತಾಯ ಮಾಡಿದೆ. ಇದು ದುರ್ಬಲ ಸಮುದಾಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಪ್ರಬಲ ಸಮುದಾಯಗಳ ನಡುವೆ

ಸಂಘರ್ಷ ಉಂಟಾಗಲಿದೆ ಎಂದರು. 12 ಬಾರಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಯಾಗಿರುವ ಅವರ ಲಿಂಗಾಯಿತ ಸಮುದಾಯ, 8 ಬಾರಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಮುಂತ್ರಿಯಾಗಿರುವ ಒಕ್ತಲಿಗ ಸಮು ದಾಯ, ಹಾಗೂ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಯಾಗಿ ಕುರುಬರ ಸಮುದಾಯ, ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ

ವರ್ಗದವರು ಎಸ್ಸ್, ಎಸ್ಟ್, ಪ್ರವರ್ಗ2 ನಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಲು ಕೇಳುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಇದು ದುರ್ಬಲ, ಪ್ರಬಲ ಸಮುದಾಯಗಳ ಸಂಘರ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದರು

ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಭಾರತದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಜಾತಿ ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ವಾರು ಡಾ.ಬಿ.ಆರ್. ಅಂಬೇಡ್ತರ್ ಸಂವಿದಾನದ ಆಶಯದಂತೆ ಸರ್ವರಿಗೂ ಸಮಪಾಲು ದಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲ ವರ್ಗಗಳ ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯ ಆಧಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇ.100ಕ್ಕೆ 100 ರಷ್ಟು ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ನೀಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದರು.

ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕದ ವಶವಾದ ಗ್ರಾಪಂಗಳು: ಎರಡನೆ ದಿನ ನಡೆದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಮತ್ತು ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಟೇಕಲ್ ಗ್ರಾಪಂ ನಿಂದ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ನ ಅಂಜನಾಮುರಳಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾಗಿ, ಚಲಪತಿ ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾಗಿ ಅವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಆಯ್ತೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಡಿ.ಎನ್.ದೊಡ್ಡಿ ಗ್ರಾಪಂ ನಿಂದ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಮೀಸಲು ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿ ಚಿಕ್ಕೆತಿಮ್ಮರಾಯಪ್ಪ 11 ಮತಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆದು ಜಯ ಸಾದಿಸಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ರಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಮಹಿಳಾ ಮೀಸಲು ಸ್ಥಾನದ ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಸ್ಥಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡದ ಆರ್.ರಾಧ 10 ಮತಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆದ ಜಯ ಸಾದಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಚಿಕ್ಕತಿರುಪತಿ ಗ್ರಾಪಂ ಅಧ್ಯಕೃ ಸ್ಥಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ನ ಗಿರಿಜಾ ನಾಗೇಶ್, ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಸ್ಥಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಸಿ.ಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರು ತಲಾ 18 ಮತಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆದು ಆಯ್ತೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಬಾಳಿಗಾನಹಳ್ಳಿ ಗ್ರಾಪಂ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಸ್ಥಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ನ ಬೇಬಮ್ಮ ಮತ್ತು ಸಿ.ವಿ.ನಾರಾಯಣಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಆಯ್ತೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಒಟಾರೆ ಬುಧವಾರ ನಡೆದ 8 ಗ್ರಾ.ಪಂ.ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ 4 ಗ್ರಾಪಂ

ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಪಕ್ಷ ಗ್ರಾಪಂಗಳು: ಹುಲಿಮಂಗಲ ಹೊಸಕೋಟೆ ್ರಾಪಂನ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಮತ್ತು ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯ ರಾಧಮ್ಮ ನಾಗರಾಜು 10 ಮತಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆದು ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾಗಿ ಚುನಾಯಿತರಾದರೆ ರಾಜೇಶ್ತರಿ ಅವರು ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾಗಿ ಅವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಆಯ್ತೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಮಡಿವಾಳ ಗ್ರಾಪಂ ನಿಂದ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯ ಕುಮಾರಿ ಜಯರಾಮೇಗೌಡ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾಗಿ, ಆರ್.ಮಮತಾ ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾಗಿ ತಲಾ 11 ಮತಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆದು ಗೆಲುವು ಸಾದಿಸಿ ದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅಬ್ಬೇನಹಳ್ಳಿ ಗ್ರಾಪಂ ನಿಂದ ಬಿ.ಸಿ. ಮಂಜುನಾಥ್ 10 ಮತಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆದು ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾಗಿ ಚುನಾಯಿತರಾಗಿದ್ದು ಮುನಿ ವೆಂಕಟಮ್ಮ ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾಗಿ ಅವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ

ಲಾಟರಿ ಮೂಲಕ ಆಯ್ತೆ: ನೊಸಗೆರೆ ಗ್ರಾಪಂನಿಂದ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯ ದೀಪಿಕಾ ಮೋಹನ್ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ನ ಈಶ್ವರ್ ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾಗಿ ಲಾಟರಿ ಮೂಲಕ ಆಯ್ತೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಗ್ರಾಪಂನಲ್ಲಿ ಒಟ್ಟು 18 ಮಂದಿ ಸದಸ್ಯ ಬಲವಿದ್ದು, ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ನ 9 ಮಂದಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯ 9 ಮಂದಿ ಸದಸ್ಯರಿದ್ದ ಕಾರಣ ಸರ್ವ ಸದಸ್ಯರ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯದಂತೆ ಚುನಾವಣಾಕಾರಿಗಳು ಲಾಟರಿ ಹಾಕುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಅಧ್ಯಕ ಮತ್ತು ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಬಂಧನ ಮೈಸೂರಿನ ಬೆಲವತ್ತ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ನಿವಾಸಿ ಆರ್.ಪ್ರವೀಣ, ಮೈಸೂರಿನ ಬಿಎಂಶ್ರೀ ನಗರದ ಎನ್.ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಮೈಸೂರು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಹುಣಸೂರು ತಾಲೂಕಿನ ವಿ.ಪಿ.ಬೋರೆ ನಿವಾಸಿ ರಘು ಬಂಧಿತ ಆರೋಪಿಗಳು. ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬ ಆರೋಪಿ ಕಾನೂನಿನ ಸಂಘರ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ಒಳಗಾದ ಬಾಲಕನಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಆತನ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಕಾನೂನು ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಬಂಧಿತರಿಂದ 42,000ರೂ ನಗದು, 2 ದ್ವಿಚಕ್ರ ವಾಹನ, ಮೂರು ಮೊಬೈಲ್ ಫೋನ್ಗಳನ್ನ ವಶಕ್ಕೆ ಪಡೆಯಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಬಂಧಿತ ಆರೋಪಿಗಳು ಐಟಿ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಯೊಬ್ಬರನ್ನ ನಿರ್ಜನ ಪ್ರದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಕರೆದೊಯ್ದು ಮಾರಣಾಂತಿಕ ಹಲ್ಲೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಹಣ, ಬೈಕ್ ಅನ್ನು ಕಿತ್ತುಕೊಂಡು ಪರಾರಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದರು. ಈ ಕುರಿತು ಪ್ರಕರಣ ದಾಖಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಮೈಸೂರು ನಗರ ಡಿಸಿಪಿ ಗೀತಾ ಪ್ರಸನ್ನ ಹಾಗೂ ನರಸಿಂಹರಾಜ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಎಸಿಪಿ ಶಿವ ಶಂಕರ್ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೇಟಗಳ್ಳಿ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆಯ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಇನ್ಸ್ ಪೆಕ್ಟರ್ ಮಲ್ಲೇಶ್, ಪಿಎಸ್ ಐಗಳಾದ ವಿಶ್ವನಾಥ್, ನಾಗರಾಜ್ ನಾಯ್ ಸೇರಿ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆ ನಡೆಸಿ, 3 ಆರೋಪಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸೆರೆ ಹಿಡಿದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಮುಸ್ಲಿಂ ಬೀದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಂಕ್ರಿಟ್ ರಸ್ತೆಗೆ ಅಡ್ಡಲಾಗಿ ಹಾಕಿದ್ದ ನೀರಿನ ಪೈಪ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಇಲ್ಲಿನ ಮನೆಯ ವ್ಯಕಿಯೊಬ್ಬರು ಚರಂಡಿಗೆ ಬಿಟಿದ್ದ ಕಲುಷಿತ ನೀರಿನ ಪೈಪ್ ಒಳಗಡೆಯೇ ಒಡೆದಿತ್ತು. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಕಲುಷಿತ ನೀರು ಬರುತ್ತಿತ್ತು. ಇದನ್ನು ಪತ್ತೆ ಹಚ್ಚಿ ಇಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಹೊಸ ಪೈಪ್

ಪಟ್ಟಣ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿ ಆರೋಗ್ಯಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಮಹೇಶ್ಕುಮಾರ್ ಹಾಗೂ ರಜಸ್ವ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಕ ನಂಜುಂಡಶೆಟ್ಟಿ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಲ್ಲಿನ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ 10ನೇ ವಾರ್ಡಿನ ಮುಸ್ಲಿಂ ಬೀದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪೈಪ್ ಒಡೆದಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ನಡೆಸಿದರು. ಕಾಂಕ್ರಿಟ್ ರಸ್ತೆಯಲ್ಲೇ ಹೂತು ಹೋಗಿದ್ದ ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರಿನ ಪೈಪ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಮನೆಯವರು ಕಲುಷಿತ ನೀರು ಹೊರ ಹಾಕಲು ಹಾಕಿದ್ದ ಪೈಪ್ ಎರಡೂ ಭರವಾದ ವಾಹನ ಚಲಿಸಿದ್ದ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಡೆದು ನೀರು ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಮಿಶಿ,ತವಾಗಿ ನಲ್ಲಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬರುತ್ತಿತ್ತು.ಇದನ್ನು ಪತ್ತೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿದ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂಧಿ ಈ ಪೈಪ್ಎು ಬದಲಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಳೆದ ಹಲವು ದಿನಗಳಿಂದ ಮೂರು ಕಡೆ ಒಡೆದಿದ್ದ ಪೈಪ್ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದ್ದು ಈಗ ಈ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಯೂ ನೀಗಿದ್ದು ಇಲ್ಲಿನ ನಾಗರೀಕರು ನಿಟ್ಟುಸಿರು ಬಿಟ್ಟಂತಾಗಿದೆ.

ನಗರದ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಕಚೇರಿ ಬಳಿ ಜಮಾವಣೆಗೊಂಡ ವೇದಿಕೆಯ ಸದಸ್ಯರು, ಹಣಕಾಸು ಸಚಿವೆ ನಿರ್ಮಲಾ ಸೀತಾ ರಾಮನ್ ತಮ್ಮ ಖಾತೆಯನ್ನು ನಿಭಾಯಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಫಲರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಆರೋಪಿಸಿ ದೇಶ್ ಬಚಾವೋ, ಸಚಿವೆ ನಿರ್ಮಲಾ ಸೀತಾರಾಮನ್ ಹಠಾವೋ ಎಂದಯ ವಿವಿಧ ಘೋಷಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕೂಗಿ ಆಕೋ,ಶವ್ಯಕಪಡಿಸಿದರು.

ಈ ವೇಳೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ವೇದಿಕೆಯ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಎಸ್ .ಬಾಲಕೃಷ್ಣ, ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಹಣಕಾಸು ಸಚಿವೆ ನಿರ್ಮಲಾ ಸೀತಾ ರಾಮನ್ ಅವರು, ಕೊರೋನಾದಿಂದ ದೇಶದ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಸಂಕಷ್ಟಕ್ಕೆ ಸಿಲುಕಿರುವ ಜನಸಾಮಾನ್ಯರ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಅರ್ಥ ಮಾಡಿ ಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ವಿಫಲರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ದಿನನಿತ್ಯದ ಪದಾರ್ಥಗಳ ಬೆಲೆ ಏರಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಿ, ತೈಲ ಬೆಲೆಯನ್ನು ನಿಯಂತ್ರಿಸಲು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ವಿಫಲವಾಗಿದೆ. ಮುಂದಿನ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯನ್ನು ದೃಷ್ಟಿ ಯಲ್ಲಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು ಪಶ್ತಿಮಬಂಗಾಳ, ತಮಿಳುನಾಡು, ಕೇರಳ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಹಣ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಿ ರಾಜ್ಯ, ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳ ಮಧ್ಯೆ ತಾರತಮ್ಯ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ಸಬ್ ಕಾ ಸಾಥ್ ಸಬ್ ಕಾ ವಿಕಾಸ್ ಎನ್ನುವ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಘೋಷಣೆ ಒಂದು ಕಣ್ಣಿಗೆ ಬೆಣ್ಣೆ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಕಣ್ಣಿಗೆ ಸುಣ್ಣ ನೀತಿಯಂತಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಆರೋಪಿಸಿದರು.

ಇದು ಜನಸಾಮಾನ್ಯರ ಬಜೆಟ್ ಅಲ್ಲ. ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಬಜೆಟ್ ಎಂಬುದು ಮೇಲ್ನೋಟಕ್ಕೆ ಸಾಬೀತಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ದಿನ ನಿತ್ಯ ಜನಸಾಮಾನ್ಯರು ಬಳಕೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಪದಾರ್ಥಗಳು ಏರಿಕೆ ಆಗುತ್ತಿರುವುದನ್ನು ನೋಡಿದರೆ ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳು ಪ್ರತಿಭಾಷಣದಲ್ಲೂ ಅಚ್ಛೆ ದಿನ್ ಆಯೇಗಾ ಎಂಬ ಪದವನ್ನು ಬಳಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ಆದರೆ, ಅಚ್ಛೆ ದಿನ್ ಯಾರಿಗೆ? ಎಲ್ಲಿಗೆ? ಯಾವಾಗ ಎಂಬುದೇ ಯಕ್ಷ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಯಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಅಸಮಾಧಾನ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು. ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ ಅವರು, ಇನ್ನಾದರೂ ಎಚ್ಚೆತ್ತುಕೊಂಡು ಹಣಕಾಸು ಖಾತೆಯನ್ನು ನಿಭಾಯಿಸಲು ನಿರ್ಮಲಾ ಸೀತಾರಾಮನ್ ವಿಫಲವಾಗಿರುವ ಕಾರಣ, ಅವರನ್ನು ಆ ಖಾತೆಯಿಂದ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಜನಪರ ಕಾಳಜಿಯುಳ್ಳ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳನ್ನು ನೇಮಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಆಗ್ರಹಿ ಸಿದರು. ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಖಂಡರುಗಳಾದ ನಾಲಾಬೀದಿ ರವಿ, ಬೋಗಾದಿ ಸಿದ್ದೇಗೌಡ, ಗುರುಬಸಪ್ಪ, ಪ್ಯಾಲೇಸ್ ಬಾಬು, ಗೋಪಿ, ಪರಿಸರ ಚಂದ್ರ, ಬೀಡಾಬಾಬು, ಮಹದೇವಸ್ವಾಮಿ, ಸುನೀಲ್, ಕಾವೇರಿಯಮ್ಮ, ಸಿದ್ಧಪ್ಪ ಎಲ್ಐಸಿ, ಸ್ವಾಮಿಗೈಡ್, ಆರವಿಂದ್, ಶ್ರೀನಿವಾಸ್, ಮತ್ತಿತರರು ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದರು.

ಮೈಸೂರು: ಮೈಸೂರು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ನಂಜನಗೂಡಿನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಎಟಿಅಂಡ್ಎಸ್ ಕಾರ್ಖಾನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲಸದಿಂದ ವಜಾ ಗೊಳಿಸಿರುವ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರನ್ನು ಮರು ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕೆಂದು ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿ ಕಾರ್ಖಾನೆಯ ನೌಕರರ ಒಕ್ಕೂಟದ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಗುರುವಾರ ಪೃತಿಭಟನೆ

ಕೆಲಕಾಲ ಧರಣಿ ನಡೆಸಿ, ನಾನಾ ಘೋಷಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕೂಗಿದರು. ಬಳಿಕ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗೆ ಮನವಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದರು. ನಂಜನಗೂಡಿನ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಎಟಿ ಅಂಡ್ ಎಸ್ ಕಾರ್ಖಾನೆಯ ಆಡಳಿತ ಮಂಡಳಿಯು ಸುಮಾರು 71 ಮಂದಿ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರನ್ನು ವಿನಾಕಾರಣ ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲಸದಿಂದ ವಜಾಗೊಳಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ ಮರು ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡುವ ವಿಚಾರವಾಗಿ ನ್ಯಾಯ ಒದಗಿಸುವಂತೆ ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿದರು.

12ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದಲೂ ಕಾಯಂಗೊಳಿಸದೆ ಕಡಿಮೆ ವೇತನದಲ್ಲಿ ದುಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಕಾಯಂ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರಿಗೆ ನೀಡದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಕಾನೂನು ಬದ್ಧವಾಗಿ ನೀಡದೆ ವಂಚಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿದವರನ್ನು ಕೊರೋನಾ ಸಂದರ್ಭ ದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿನಾಕಾರಣ ಆರೋಪ ಹೊರೆಸಿ ಅಮಾನತುಗೊಳಿಸಿ, ನಂತರ ಕೆಲಸದಿಂದ ವಜಾಗೊಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನಾಕಾರರು ಆರೋಪಿಸಿದರು. ಹೊಸದಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರನ್ನು ನೇಮಿಸಿ 71ಮಂದಿ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರಿಗೆ ಅನ್ನಾಯ ಮಾಡಿ ದಾರೆ. ಇದು ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕ ವಿರೋಧಿ ನೀತಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನು ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರು ಜೀವನ ನಡೆಸಲು ಪರದಾಡುವಂತಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ವಿಚಾರವಾಗಿ ಆಡಳಿತ ವರ್ಗವನ್ನು ಕರೆಯಿಸಿ, ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರನ್ನು ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ ಮರು ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಸೂಚಿಸುವಂತೆ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿದರು.

ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೌಕರರ ಒಕ್ಕೂಟದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ, ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಅನೇಕರು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದರು.
