• The group has considered the possible effects that may result from the pandemic relating to COVID-19 on the carrying amounts of property, plan and equipment, investments, inventories, trade receivables and other current assets of all group companies. A definitive assessment of the impact, at this stage, is not possible in view of the highly uncertain economic environment and the situation is still evolving. ಕಳೆದ ಬಾರಿ ಸಂಭವಿಸಿದ ನೆರೆಯಿಂದಾಗಿ ಮನೆ ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡರಿಗೆ ಮನೆ ಕಟಲು ಹಣ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ವಸತಿ ಸಚಿವ ವಿ.ಸೋಮಣ್ಣ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು

ಸುದ್ದಿಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಅವರು, ಕಳೆದ ಬಾರಿ ಉಂಟಾದ ಜಲ ಪ್ರಳಯದಿಂದಾಗಿ 65 ಸಾವಿರ ಮನೆಗಳು ಬಿದ್ದುಹೋಗಿದ್ದವು. ಇವುಗಳ ನಿವಾಸಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಮನೆ ಕಟ್ಟಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲೆಂದು 1710 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಹಣ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಆಗಿದೆ. ಮೊದಲ ಕಂತು 1ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂ.ವನ್ನು ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ನೀಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಆದರೆ ಎರಡನೇ ಕಂತಿನ ಹಣವನ್ನು 6-7 ಸಾವಿರ ಮನೆ ಮಾಲೀಕರು ಮಾತ್ರ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ವಸತಿ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಣದ ಕೊರತೆ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಪದೇ ಪದೇ ನೆರೆ ಸಂಭವಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಪ್ರದೇಶದ ಜನರನ್ನು ಶಾಶ್ವತವಾಗಿ ಸ್ಥಳಾಂತರ ಮಾಡುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಂದಾದರೆ, ಸ್ಥಳಾಂತರವಾಗಲು ಕೆಲವರು ಒಪುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ. ಅಲ್ಲದೇ ಹೊಸ ಮನೆ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಆಗಿದ್ದರು. ಜನರು ಹೋಗಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಬೇಸರ ವ್ಯಕ್ಷಪಡಿಸಿದರು.

ಉಪನಗರ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ರಾಜ್ಯದ್ಧಂತ

ಚಿಂತನೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಚಾಮರಾಜನಗರದೊಳಗೆ ನೂರು ಎಕರೆ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಸಜ್ಜಿತವಾದ ಬಡಾವಣೆಯನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲುಉದ್ದೇಶಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಹನೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ 50ಎಕರೆ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಸ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲು ಚಿಂತಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಬಡಾವಣೆ ಮನೆಯಿಲದ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಸೂರಿನ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯ ಒದಗಿಸಿಕೊಡಲು ಕ,ಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುತಿದೆ ಎಂದರು

ಮೈಸೂರಿನ ಇಲವಾಲ ಬಳಿಯ 496 ಎಕರೆ ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಗೊಂದಲಮಯವಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಆದರೆ ಇದೀಗ ಈ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಗೊಂದಲ ಬಗೆಹರಿದಿದ್ದು, ಭೂ ಮಾಲೀಕರಿಗೆ ಸಾಂತ್ರನ ನಿವೇಶನ ಹಂಚಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಸೈಟ್ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಮಾಡಿದ ಬಳಿಕ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಅದು ಸಿಕ್ಕಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಮಂದಿ ಬೇಸರ ವ್ಯಕಪಡಿಸಿ ನನ್ನನ್ನ ಭೇಟಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರು. ಆ ವೇಳೆ ಜಾಗ ಕೊಟ್ಟವರಿಗೆ

ಮನೆಗೆ ರಾಜಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ನಮ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಅವರ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ 6 ತಿಂಗಳ ಹಿಂದೆಯೇ ನಡೆಯಬೇಕಿತು. ಆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ,ಮದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅದರ ಆಯೋಜನೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಲು ಹೋಗಿದ್ದೆ. ಯತ್ನಾಳ್ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಬಿ.ಎಸ್.ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ ಅವರು ನೂರಾರು ಕೋಟಿ ಹಣ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಯತ್ನಾಳ್ ಕೂಡ ನಮ್ತ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಹಿರಿಯ ನಾಯಕನಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಬುದ್ಧಿವಂತರು. ಪಕ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಗೊಂದಲವಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದರು.

ವಿವಿಧ ವರ್ಗದ 6,309ನಿವೇಶನಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ 207 ಮನೆಗಳ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣವಾಗಿದೆ. 18 ಸಿಎ ನಿವೇಶನ, 12- ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ನಿವೇಶನ, 54-ಉದ್ಯಾನವನಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದನ್ನು ಭೂ ಮಾಲೀಕರಿಗೆ ಸಾಂತ್ರನ ನಿವೇಶನ ಹಂಚಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದರು.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು: ರಂಗಭೂಮಿ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಿಂದ ಬಂದಿರುವ ರಾಜು ಭಂಡಾರಿ ರಾಜಾವರ್ತರವರ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನದ ಜೀವ್ರಾನೇ ನಾಟ್ನ ಸಾಮಿ ಸಿನಿಮಾ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಗೆ ಸಿದ್ಧವಾಗಿದೆ. ಲಾಕ್ ಡೌನ್ ಆಗುವ ಮೊದಲೇ ಈ ಚಿತ್ರದ ಶೂಟಿಂಗ್ ಮುಕಾಯಗೊಳಿಸಿ, ತೆರೆ ಮೇಲೆ ತರಲು ಪ್ಲಾನ್ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆ.

ಈ ಚಿತ್ರದ ಕುರಿತು ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ರಾಜು ಭಂಡಾರಿ ರಾಜಾವರ್ತ ಅವರು ಹೊಸದಿಗಂತ ಜೊತೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ನಾನು ಸುಮಾರು 15 ವರ್ಷದಿಂದ ರಂಗಭೂಮಿಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದವನು. ನನಗೆ ಸಿನಿಮಾ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಬರಬೇಕು ಎಂಬ ಕನಸಿತ್ತು. ಸಾಹಿತಿ ನಾಗೇಂದ್ರ ಪ್ರಸಾದ್ ಅವರಿಂದ ನಾನು ಚಿತ್ರರಂಗಕ್ಕೆ ಬರಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಯಿತು. ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ಎರಡು ಸಿನಿಮಾಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಹಾಯಕ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರಾಗಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದೆ. ನಂತರ ನಾನೇ ಪ್ರಾಜೆಕ್ಟ್ ರೆಡಿ ಮಾಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಈ ಸಿನಿಮಾ ತಯಾರು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಸುಮ್ತನೆ ಕೂತುಕೊಂಡಾಗ ಈ ಚಿತ್ರದ ಕಥೆಯನ್ನು ನನ್ನ ಸ್ತೇಹಿತರ ಬಳಿ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇ ಅಷ್ಟೇ. ಆಗ ಅವರು ಕಥೆ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿದೆ. ಬೇರೆಯಾರಿಗೂ ಹೇಳೋದು ಬೇಡ ಎಂದು ಬಂಡವಾಳ ಹಾಕುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಂದೆ ಬಂದರು. 2018ನಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಚಿತ್ರದ ಕೆಲಸ ಶುರು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು, ಇದೀಗ ರಿಲೀಸ್ ಹಂತಕ್ಕೆ ತಲುಪಿದೆ ಎಂದರು

ಆಡಿಷನ್ ಮೂಲಕವೇ ಈ ಚಿತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಕಲಾವಿದರನ್ನು ಆಯ್ತೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಶೂಟಿಂಗ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಸುತ್ತುಮುತ್ತ ಮುಗಿಸಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಈ ಚಿತ್ರದ ಎಲ್ಲ ಕೆಲಸಗಳು ಮುಗಿಸಿ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಅನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ ಇನ್ನೂ ಎರಡು ತಿಂಗಳು ಆದ್ದೇಲೆ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇವೆ ಎಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರು. ಈ ಚಿತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಉಮೇಶ್ ಆರ್.ಬಿ. ಅವರ ಸಂಕಲನವಿದ್ದು, ವೇದಾಂತ ಜೈನ್ ಸಂಗೀತ ಸಂಯೋಜನೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕಿಟ್ಟಿ ಕೌಶಿಕ್ ಚಿತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಛಾಯಾಗ್ರಹಣ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
