Subject: Intimation of Board Meeting under Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 and Closure of Trading Window.
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, that the 232[nd] Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, May 17, 2024, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company, Audited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company & its Subsidiaries for the Quarter and Year ending March 31, 2024 and recommend Dividend, if any.
Further, the Trading Window of the Company will be closed from April 01, 2024 to May 19, 2024 (both days inclusive) as per BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 & NSE letter No. NSE/CML/2019/11, both dated April 02, 2019, and in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended.
