Notice is hereby given pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, that the 228[th] Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, May 19, 2023, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company, Audited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company & its Subsidiaries for the Quarter and Year ending March 31, 2023 and recommend Dividend, if any.
Further, the Trading Window of the Company will be closed from April 01, 2023 to May 21, 2023 (both days inclusive) as per BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 & NSE letter No. NSE/CML/2019/11, both dated April 02, 2019, and in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended.
