Sub: Intimation of Annual General Meeting & Book Closure Notice
This is to inform you that the Company shall hold its Thirty-Second Annual General Meeting for the financial year ended March 31, 2023 on Friday, August 11, 2023 at 12 Noon through Video Conferencing. In this connection, the Register of Members shall remain closed from Saturday, August 05, 2023 to Friday, August 11, 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and payment of dividend. The dividend, if approved by the members shall be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration to those members whose names appear on the Register of Members as on August 04, 2023 (Cut-Off Date).
You are hereby informed that the Company has arranged remote e-voting platform for shareholders pursuant to Regulation 44 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
We request you to kindly treat this as notice of book closure under Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
