The Company received notification dated 22 March 2016 from Mr Emmanouil Vaindirlis, that Ambrosia Investment Limited acquired 50,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company.

Subsequent to this share purchase, Mr Vaindirlis has a beneficial interest over a total of 465,000,000 shares in the Company, representing approximately 20.02% of the Company's issued share capital as set out in the table below:-
