The Company received notification dated 16 March 2016 from Mr Mark Jackson, that Ventura Finance Limited ("Ventura") acquired 25,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 16 March 2016.

Subsequent to this share purchase, Mr Jackson has a beneficial interest over a total of 182,075,167 shares in the Company, representing approximately 7.84% of the Company's issued share capital as set out in the table below:-
