Holding in Company

The Company received notification dated 2 March 2016 from Mr Mark Jackson, that Quetzal Securities Limited ("Quetzal") and Ventura Finance Limited ("Ventura") acquired 11,000,000 and 18,000,000 ordinary shares respectively in the Company on 1 March 2016. Mr Jackson wholly owns Quetzal and Ventura.

Subsequent to this share purchase, Mr Jackson has a beneficial interest over 116,000,000 shares in the Company, representing approximately 4.99% of the Company's issued share capital.
