Holding in Company

The Company received notification dated 1 March 2016 from Mr Mark Jackson, that Quetzal Securities Limited ("Quetzal") acquired 25,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 26 February 2016.

Subsequent to this share purchase, Mr Jackson has a beneficial interest over 87,000,000 shares in the Company, representing approximately 3.7% of the Company's issued share capital.

Mr Jackson's interest over 87,000,000 ordinary shares is represented by a holding of 70,000,000 ordinary shares in Quetzal and 17,000,000 ordinary shares held by Ventura Finance Limited ("Ventura").

Mr Jackson wholly owns Quetzal and Ventura.
