Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Board announces that a notice convening an Annual General Meeting of the Company was posted to shareholders on 25 February 2013.  The meeting will, inter alia, receive the accounts for the year ended 31 October 2011.

The Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of Morrison & Foerster (UK) LLP, 7th Floor, CityPoint, One Ropemaker Street, London, EC2Y 9AW on Thursday, 21 March 2013 at 11am.
